Vignesh Srinivasan, an alumnus of The West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences (NUJS), Kolkata, India, earned his B.A., L.LB. (Hons.) Degree in 2017. Throughout his law studies, Vignesh demonstrated a broad interest in the entire spectrum of the legal field. He was deeply engaged in understanding the intricacies of the legal system, exploring various practice areas, and recognizing the intricate connections between the judiciary, society, and the complexities of law-making and implementation. Vignesh delved into statutes and their interpretations, Constitutional provisions, rights, limitations, and the fundamental values of integrity, innovation, and justice delivery. He also recognized the profound responsibilities of the legal profession towards society and the nation.

Outside of his legal pursuits, Vignesh actively participated in sports activities, both as a player of cricket and football, and as an organizer of intra and inter-university sports events.

Upon completing his law program, Vignesh embarked on his legal career by advocating for the society’s fundamental right to ‘access to justice’ and educating individuals about their legal rights. With over six years of dedicated legal practice, Vignesh has emerged as a seasoned litigator, demonstrating proficiency in mediation, negotiation of complex contracts, and providing adept legal counsel across a diverse range of issues, consistently achieving optimal outcomes.

Vignesh’s practice encompasses advising clients on contracts, compliance, risk management, inquiries, and investigations. He represents clients in various sectors, including corporate, energy/electricity, property, commercial, contract, intellectual property, family, taxation, PMLA, and ADR. His commitment to public interest law underscores his dedication to serving the greater good.
